We are looking for someone to join the technical department, responsible for keeping machines, equipment and site infrastructure in good technical condition and fully operational. The position includes both day-to-day technical work and support with planning maintenance, repairs and larger technical projects.
Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
- carrying out maintenance and technical work,
- diagnosing faults and supporting repairs, including emergency repairs,
- checking the technical condition of machines, equipment and infrastructure,
- analysing breakdown reports and determining the required scope of work,
- setting priorities for maintenance and repair activities,
- monitoring the quality and progress of technical work,
- reporting issues related to quality, planning or technical condition to the supervisor,
- ensuring compliance with safety rules and applicable procedures,
- supporting the request and evaluation of quotations from external contractors,
- participating in larger technical projects, such as equipment replacement or process improvements,
- supporting the onboarding and training of new employees within the technical department.
Requirements
- technical education at MBO level 4 or equivalent,
- practical knowledge of mechatronics, electrical systems, mechanics and pneumatics,
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
- good command of English is required,
- knowledge of Dutch is an advantage,
- ability to work independently and solve technical problems,
- good organisational skills,
- ability to work well in a team,
- responsible attitude towards quality and workplace safety.

Certificate of Good Conduct
A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required for this position.
You do not need to have it before your first working day. The document can be provided after you have started working.
